2022 Pundericher Riesling (Semi Dry)

 (Feinherb) semi dry Riesling from the Mosel region is a beautifully balanced white wine that reflects the territory's  signature minerals derived from the slate and has a vibrant acidity. This medium bodied wine with a lively acidity balances with it's subtle sweetness and has fresh citrus, ripe peach, and green apple with floral undertones.

Pairs well with spicy Asian dishes, grilled seafood, roasted poultry, and mild cheeses. The semi-dry profile makes it versatile for both savoury and slightly sweet dishes.
